Barney Leadership Council:
As a member of the Barney Leadership Council, I serve as both Mentorship Chair and Treasurer, where I help create supportive, inclusive environment for students within the Barney School of Business. In this role, I organize mentorship initiatives, manage council finances, and assist with budgeting and planning efforts. This experience has strengthened my leadership, organizational, and analytical skills while allowing me to make a meaningful impact on the student community.
New Mill Restaurant:
At New Mill Restaurant, I work as a hostess, busser, and food runner in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. I collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, deliver high-quality service, and create a positive guest experience. Through this role, I’ve developed strong teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving skills while learning the important of reliability and adaptability.
Red Key Society:
As a student life tour leader a part of the Red Key Society, I represent the University of Hartford by leading campus tours and supporting major admissions events such as Open Houses and scholarship competitions. I engage with prospective students and families, answer questions about campus life, and help showcase the university’s culture. This role has enhanced my communication skills and reinforced my ability to be a confident, knowledgable ambassador.
